Coffee Beanery opened its first stores in the United States in 1976, before the American public knew the term "specialty coffee." Coffee Beanery uses only the highest-grade Arabica coffee beans, with only 3% of the world's Arabica bean crop qualifying as Specialty Coffee. To brew the perfect cup of Coffee Beanery coffee, start with fresh coffee beans and use fresh cold filtered-water, using 1 to 2 TBSP per 6oz cold water for regular strength, and serve immediately after brewing.
